Giridhari - The one who lifts the mountainPosted by Srujan Chennupati (Hyderabad, India) on 18 March 2009 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio. This photograph is from the garden of Iskon Temple, Rajamundary, Andhra Pradesh, India. Iskon temples are Lord Krishna's temples. There are many such temples of Iskon which are marvel of architecture as well as diversity of cultures. But, the lord brings them all together. There are followers from world wide of Lord Krishna. Lord is known by many name. Ghiridhari is one of them. A kid with a new toy plays with it until he's bored. But, that's where I differ. I'm, right now, an amateur cameraman, working to master the skill (which may not happen in the near future). Help me learn this beautiful art called PHOTOGRAPHY. Take a look at my other photos on "Flickr".

Sarito from Basingstoke, United KingdomNow I can see the garden belongs to the Temple :)! 18 Mar 2009 8:13am @Sarito: Yes! Probably, I should have had a partial bit of the temple, too, in the frame. The moment when passed, you'd never will get it back. So what done is done and what you have is you have. That's all! Ajay from Pune, IndiaExcellent presentation. From the background I can see it's a temple. Right? 18 Mar 2009 8:43am @Ajay: Thank you, Ajay. Yes, it is the Iskon temple present in Rajamundary, Andhra Pradesh. @Shuva Brata Deb: Thank you, Dude. Any flaws that you'd like to point out? One I know of is the ISO shouldn't have been 1600. It was at 4:00 p.m. And the sun was quite good. @Rakesh Vanamali: Thanks, Rakesh. |
