Silly shot

Posted by Srujan Chennupati (Hyderabad, India) on 23 June 2009 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

This is just a silly shot that I've taken. Didn't pay much attention to what I was doing or the subject or the perspective.

A kid with a new toy plays with it until he's bored. But, that's where I differ. I'm, right now, an amateur cameraman, working to master the skill (which may not happen in the near future). Help me learn this beautiful art called PHOTOGRAPHY. Take a look at my other photos on "Flickr".

Sugata from Newark, United States

Nice focus and bokeh! Experimenting with still life isn't silly at all. I also do it at times.

@Sugata: Thank you, Sugata. What does "Bokeh" mean? Experimenting will teach you a lot of things rather than reading.

eva from Rouen, United States

"Bokeh" means the blurred part of the image in the background where all those bright areas appear as circles of light.

@Sugata: Thank you, sugata. I searched the Webster's dictionary, but couldn't find the meaning of this word.
